Andrew is a Chartered Accountant of over 25 years and a Chartered Tax Adviser of 20 years. He has experience of advising a wide range of businesses from start ups to established business in mitigating their exposure to all forms of taxation.
 
Andrew has worked alongside small to medium sized firms his entire career and is able to relate often complex financial information in a meaningful and understandable manner.
 
He offers advice on personal tax matters in respect of CGT and IHT, and works closely with several companies on a part time FD basis, being involved in forecasting and strategic business planning.

He is Treasurer at Widnes Cricket Club, having previously captained the first team, and is also accountant for Down Syndrome Liverpool, a charity close to his heart.

Kenny Cooper,

Kenny has 22 years experience as an accountant and successfully ran his own practice for 16 years, forging close relationships with his clients, most of whom are small and owner ran. 
 
He is a CIMA trained accountant, gaining business management qualifications and helps companies with business planning, providing software training and making business’s become more tax efficient.
 
He is the treasurer of The Rainhill Ex Services Club a cause close to his heart, is a keen golfer, enjoys foreign travel and enjoys many social events with clients.
